The Bachelor in Transformational Leadership and Social Impact is a multidisciplinary learning journey: business, humanities and technology for Social Impact. BITLASI it’s for people who want to take action – and who are passionate about creating new business models that have a positive impact on the world.

Innovative Educational Model
BITLASI combines diversestate-of-the-art learning methodologies. Together, they deliver an educational experience that prepares you to use the power of business to drive change.
Each of its three tracks (Learn to Learn, Learn to Innovate, Learn to Think) is based on a methodology that reinforces a way of learning: individually, in teams, or in groups. Together, they help develop cognitive, hands-on and socio-emotional skills.
A disruptive multidisciplinary education
60% Business + 25% Humanities + 15% Technology
You’ll learn marketing, finance, leadership, corporate strategy, design thinking, accounting, innovation and more. Not only as isolated subjects but as part of a team working on real, integrated, cross-curricular projects, putting the theory you learn from Esade’s diverse faculty team into practice, carrying out some of the projects abroad.
Tranformative International Experiences
You will carry out twointernational experiences in international innovation hubs in Europe and Asia.
By engaging in real projects, you will immerse yourself in the local business culture and way of life, acquiring lived experiences and insights that are impossible to learn in a classroom.
Internships
As well as a compulsory internship and diverse projects with leading companies, you can also help to improve the lives of poor and at-risk people and communities through a voluntary solidarity internship.
Flexible learning spaces
To enhance the individual learning goals the program is built upon various learning environments, including the BITLASI room, Fab Lab, media room, company facilities, and international ecosystems in Europe and Asia. There is no better way to understand an ecosystem than by experiencing it firsthand.

With approximately 35 nationalities per BITLASI cohort, or more than 40 when considering BITLASI classmates together, BITLASI boasts a truly multicultural class profile.
