MSc in International Management
The Esade’s MSc in International Management is a one-year, full-time program in Barcelona designed for graduates who want to work across international business environments.
You study alongside a highly international cohort and work with faculty connected to current business practice. Throughout the program, you engage with real organizational contexts, specialize in one of two tracks and have the option to take part in an international study experience. The program prepares you to work across areas such as consulting, global operations and international marketing, applying management thinking in diverse markets and cultural settings.
Extend your MSc in International Management
After completing your MSc in International Management, you’ll have the opportunity to extend your studies for an additional year to earn a double degree. These are the available options.

MSc at Esade + MSc at a Partner University
Earn a double degree by completing your first MSc at Esade, followed by a second master’s at an international partner institution.
Global Master in International Management
International business operates across borders, markets and cultures. The Esade Global Master in International Management is a 15-month program designed for graduates who want to work in truly international business environments.
The program combines academic foundations with applied learning in global contexts. You spend part of the program immersed in business settings in Hong Kong or another leading global hub like London or Toronto*, working on real organizational situations and gaining first-hand exposure to how international markets operate.
*Due to ongoing geopolitical developments, Dubai will be replaced in the 2026-2027 academic year with another leading global hub like London or Toronto

- Who Is It For: Open to graduates from any discipline, with the Business Integration Path (BIP) for those without a business or economics background

- International Exposure: Optional one-week study tours at top partner universities

Global Master in International Management

- Program Length: 15 months
- Who Is It For: Students with undergraduate degrees in Business Administration or Economics aiming for a truly global career
- Professional Experience: 0-2 years
- Location: Barcelona + Hong Kong or another leading global hub like London or Toronto
- International Experience: 10 weeks abroad combining academic study at a top-tier partner university (AUD or HKU) with a real-world Global Challenge
- Hands-On Learning: Collaborate in diverse teams to solve real business challenges with local corporate partners
- Specialization & Real-World Experience: Electives with an optional long internship
