MSc in International Management
The Esade’s MSc in International Management is a one-year, full-time program in Barcelona designed for graduates who want to work across international business environments.
You study alongside a highly international cohort and work with faculty connected to current business practice. Throughout the program, you engage with real organizational contexts, specialize in one of two tracks and have the option to take part in an international study experience. The program prepares you to work across areas such as consulting, global operations and international marketing, applying management thinking in diverse markets and cultural settings.

Global Master in International Management
Discover the new Esade Global Master in International Management — a 15-month experience designed to help you understand how the world really works, and how to create impact within it. In a world where knowledge is everywhere, what sets you apart is your ability to read complex environments, navigate across cultures, and make decisions in unfamiliar contexts.
Go beyond the classroom with a 10-week immersive experience in Hong Kong or Toronto, in partnership with HKU Business School (The University of Hong Kong) and Schulich School of Business (York University) — where you’ll work on real business challenges and gain deep insight into how organizations operate across different global systems. Build the mindset, leadership identity, and global perspective to contribute meaningfully anywhere in the world.

- Who Is It For: Open to graduates from any discipline, with the Business Integration Path (BIP) for those without a business or economics background

- International Experience: 1 10 weeks abroad, combining an academic deep dive at HKU Business School (University of Hong Kong) or Schulich Business School (York University)—two world-class, top-ranked institutions—with a real-world Global Challenge
