Business Development Project (BDP)
You will work on a real project related to your organization, or a new business idea to put the knowledge acquired into practice. You will be accompanied by a personal tutor throughout the process.
Individualized Leadership Plan
Diagnosis (360º analysis) and personal coaching (provision of 3 hours of coaching) for the development of a personalized Management Skills Plan.
Content Selection
You will be able to participate in the choice of some of the contents of your PMD® (2 elective subjects), thus personalizing your learning.
